These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Framehood — our website, API, CLI, MCP server, and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Framehood provides tools to generate and edit images, video, and audio through one functional toolset, reachable over MCP, a CLI, and a REST API. The Service routes each request to third-party generation models.
You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for your account, credentials, and all activity under it. Keep your API keys secret; notify us of any unauthorized use.
Generation consumes credits. Paid plans and additional credits are billed through Stripe on the terms shown at checkout. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable. You can manage or cancel your subscription from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
You agree not to use the Service to create or distribute unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content; to violate others’ rights (including intellectual-property, privacy, and publicity rights); to generate sexual content involving minors or non-consensual intimate imagery; to harass, defame, or impersonate; or to abuse, overload, reverse-engineer, or circumvent the Service or its limits. You must also comply with the terms and acceptable-use policies of the underlying model providers.
You retain the rights you hold in the inputs you provide. As between you and Framehood, you own the outputs you generate, subject to these Terms and the applicable model providers’ terms. You grant Framehood the limited license needed to process your inputs, store and deliver your outputs, and operate and secure the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to your inputs and for how you use the outputs.
The Service, including its software, design, and brand, is owned by Framehood and its licensors and is protected by law. These Terms grant you no rights in our marks or software beyond using the Service as permitted.
Outputs are produced by third-party models, and the Service integrates third-party providers (such as payment and infrastructure vendors). Your use of those outputs and services may be subject to the providers’ own terms, and we are not responsible for third-party content or services.
The Service is under active development and offered on an evolving basis. Features, models, and limits may change, and parts may be experimental. We may modify or discontinue features at any time.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that outputs will meet your requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Framehood will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold Framehood harmless from claims arising out of your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service or its users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Framehood is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be subject to the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above; your continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
